Office of the Secretariat

The Office of the Secretariat was established in 1964 to carry out a wide range of duties. These include document processing and management, coordination of major meetings and large-scale University events, management of the University’s seals, legal consulting, University archives management and other matters delegated by the University president. In addition, in March of 2007, the FCU Writing Center was opened to provide English editing services. Since its establishment, the staff of the Office of the Secretariat has worked hard, making numerous contributions, such as the compiling of laws and regulations, the establishment of the NOTES electronic document system, document processing staff training, and collection and compilation of information and documents relating to the University’s history.
