General Education
The Center for General Education organizes general education courses in three disciplines: natural sciences, humanities and social sciences to help students build the “macro vision” required of a modern intellectual.
Military Education FCU's Military Education courses incorporate interesting teaching materials and methods to help students make use of what they have learned.
Physical Education
FCU’s Physical Education courses cover a wide range of sports and exercise, for example Fitness, Rock Climbing, and Bowling to name a few.
Career Counseling
Leadership Development courses - the first of their kind in the country–foster leadership skills. Students can earn experience through Job Placement and Volunteer Services to promote personal growth and future competitiveness in the workplace.
Continuing Education FCU's Continuing Education has an excellent reputation and offers Master's Degree Courses, Credit-Based Classes and Non-Credit-Based Classes, delivering the practical knowledge needed by professionals who want to continue their education while continuing to work.
Academic Exchange
To promote international and cross-strait academic exchanges, FCU has developed ties with numerous colleges and universities. In addition, an Academic Linkages office has been established to set up Overseas Education Programs, provide International Student Consultation, seek out Information Exchange programs, and offer month-long overseas intensive EFL (English as a Foreign Language) learning programs.
Academic Resources
The FCU Research Centers, with their individual and specialized programs offer complete and exhaustive resources for conducting advanced research. Synchronous and asynchronous Distance Learning offers learning opportunities beyond the restrictions of time and space. The Resources Management Center provides all kinds of teaching materials and equipment.
Academic Seminars
All academic units regularly organize Academic Seminars with the aims of broadening student and faculty perspectives and keeping abreast of the latest developments.
